Why we use it
- To quote, schedule and dispatch your trip.
- To send trip confirmations, chauffeur details and receipts.
- To contact you about changes, delays or questions regarding your reservation.
- To keep records required for billing, insurance and legal compliance.
Sharing
We share trip details only with the chauffeur, dispatch and affiliates assigned to your reservation, and with service providers that support our operations (for example, email delivery and payment processing). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Communications
We use the contact details you give us for your reservation. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time by replying to any email or calling the numbers below.
Security
Access to reservation data is limited to staff and drivers who need it. Our site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
