What details should I include?
The date, pick-up time, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count and any luggage or timing notes. For airport arrivals, add the airline and flight number so we can track the flight.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Provide the passenger's name and mobile number in the notes, along with your own contact details. We will send the chauffeur details to the passenger and keep you updated as the booking contact.
Do you take last-minute reservations?
Often, yes — subject to fleet availability. Call rather than email if you are travelling within a few hours, and our dispatch team will check what can be positioned in time.
