How far in advance should I book a chauffeur in Los Angeles?

Do you meet passengers inside LAX?
Yes. On arrivals we offer meet-and-greet service inside the terminal, with your chauffeur tracking the flight and waiting with a name sign. You receive chauffeur details — name, cell number, vehicle and plate — six hours before pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our team monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup as it lands. You will receive an on-location notification when your chauffeur arrives and a passenger-on-board notification once you are underway.
Can you transport large groups?
Yes. Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive for up to 13 passengers, and a 56-passenger motor coach. For larger groups or multi-vehicle movements, we coordinate the full schedule.
Do you provide service outside Los Angeles?
We serve 480+ cities nationwide and worldwide through our affiliate network, with the same flat rate to downtown areas nationwide. Airport transfers, corporate travel and private itineraries can be arranged well beyond Southern California.
How are rates calculated?
Every reservation is quoted a flat rate in advance based on the itinerary, vehicle and timing. There are no meters and no surge pricing, and you receive an emailed receipt after your ride.
